Token Distribution

The allocation of HedgePlus Tokens to users is based on two key factors:

1. The quantity of USDC transferred

2. The timing of the transfer

Token Vault Mechanism

HedgePlus Token employ a reward-bearing "Token Vault" mechanism. This approach allows for automatic reward accrual without requiring users to perform any additional actions.

Protocol Security

It's important to note that the protocol does not engage in rehypothecation, lending, or any other utilization of deposited HedgePlus. Such actions are unnecessary, as the HedgePlus backing mechanism inherently generates value within the system.

Reward Distribution

The mechanism enables ascentyield to distribute rewards to ecosystem participants seamlessly. The value of HedgePlus grows organically over time.

Unstaking Process

When a user decides to unstake their HedgePlus, they receive the value of their HedgePlus.
